Cheltenham Day 4

1.30 Another novice race that is dominated by the Mullins camp with the 1,2,3 from Leopardstown’s Grade 1 all in combat once again. There is nothing to choose between them on form, but I just feel Storm Heart will be better suited to this stiffer test of the trip than the other 2 and Paul Townend has stuck with this one too. Advised Bet Storm Heart 1pt ew @ 5’1 Coral / Ladbrokes 4 places

2.10 L’Eau Du Sud looks a good place to start for the handicap kings in the Skelton’s. I am not sure however that this one fall’s into their mo for Cheltenham winners , having not competed at a festival before . Their other runner Faivoir does fall into the previous festival form having won this last year, so that’s good enough for me. Advised Bet Faivoir 1/2 pt ew @ 12’1 firms offering 6 places

2.50 Probably the most difficult race to solve on the final day , with a strong field going to post. WP Mullins has too strong contenders in Readin Tommy Wrong & Dancing City , the latter won a strong looking race last time out & it was a performance that hinted at further improvement over this far and his willing attitude ticks a big box in this race. Advised Bet Dancing City 1/2 pt ew @ 11/2 firms offering 4 places

3.30 Galopin Des Champs looks to hold outstanding claims of keeping the title form last season , he has been beaten by Fast Or Slow twice since last season’s victory ; but that one was well put in it’s place last time out. Advised Bet Galopin Des Champs 2pt win @ 11’10

4.10 This race tends to be won by one with plenty of experience and around 10 or 11 years old , on that premiss we can rule out plenty at the front of the market. Premier Magic won this last year and despite the huge price there was no fluke about it and unbeaten since looks to hold strong claims of retaining the title. Time Leader looks one worthy of a bet too, I have been impressed with his 3 hunter chase wins ( ran very well in Foxhunters too ) . Advised Bets Premier Magic 3/4 pt ew @ 13’2 & Time Leader 1/2 pt ew @ 28’1

4.50 JP McManus has won 2 of the 3 runnings of this race and has two strong contenders in Dinoblue & Limerick Lace , I prefer the chances of the latter as she was very impressive last time out at Doncaster & there is no doubting the stamina & that cannot be said for Dinoblue. Advised Bet Limerick Lace 3/4 pt ew @ 9’2

5.30 I was taken by the manner of Answer To Kayf’s victory last time out & has been given a fair looking opening mark considering he has strong grade 2 form from Limerick. Advised Bet Answer To Kayf 1/2 pt ew @ 9’1 / 17’2 firms offering 5 places
